Project No.8
Architectural Description
The architectural layout and interior design of the project feature a luxurious modern style that masterfully blends natural materials with dramatic, dark finishes. The color palette relies on high-contrast tones composed of rich dark walnut wood, polished black and gray marble claddings, textured concrete plaster, and black-and-white speckled bouclé fabrics that lend a unique artistic touch. The ceilings showcase recessed dark track lighting paired with integrated cascading chandelier compositions made of multi-tiered crystal glass droplets, creating a sculpted visual effect over the living and dining zones. Corner areas around the cantilevered concrete staircase are elevated by a backdrop of illuminated white river pebbles and glowing spherical floor lamps resembling celestial orbs. In the powder rooms, dark marble claddings are highlighted by concealed LED strip illumination, complementing freestanding pedestal basins and ceiling-integrated rain showerheads that offer a refined, luxury hotel experience.

Strategy
Spatially, the master plan adopts an open, fluid layout that seamlessly connects key social areas including the main living lounge, reception salon, and dining space, while preserving a distinct visual identity for each zone. Primary circulation routes are organized around the central interior staircase connecting the levels, which acts as a prominent focal anchor with its under-stair bed of backlit river stones establishing a subtle transition between public and private domains. Floor-to-ceiling glass fenestrations invite generous natural daylight while framing direct views of the surrounding outdoor greenery, softening the intensity of the dark palette and creating a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor environments. Furthermore, furniture arrangements are strategically oriented to delineate functional zones through tactile area rugs and subtle architectural partitions without obstructing sightlines or direct movement.
